prepare return shipping labels to return the products to us. This return offer is limited to two pair of bookshelf or in-wall
speakers, one center channel speaker, and one powered subwoofer (we do not pay the return freight for Obbligato Series
Tower Speakers or Subwoofers).
Prior to returning any products to Craig Home Audio, you must call or email us to request a Return Authorization and
obtain complete instructions. Products that are returned without a Craig Home Audio Return Authorization will be refused
and returned to the original sender.
An item that is returned without the original packaging and/ or that has incurred damage that prevents the item from being
sold in "like-new" condition may be assessed a fee of 10% to 50% of the original purchase price depending on the
severity of the damage to the product(s).
When returning for Service:
All products sold by Craig Home Audio are supported by their respective manufacturer. Please see the warranty page for
specific warranty periods. If your products fail to operate correctly at any time during the warranty period, Craig Home
Audio will repair or replace (at our option) the product at our cost. This does not include products that are misused,
abused, improperly set-up, etc. It does cover all products used properly under normal operating conditions. Please call or
email us to obtain a return authorization number before returning any defective products. Freight to Craig Home Audio is
paid by the customer. Return freight is paid by Craig Home Audio. Non-warranty repair is also available direct from Craig
